Booking at www.smartwings.com - easy and cheap

It is really a matter of seconds! All done wherever and whenever you are without picking up any paper tickets anywhere! All powered by reservation software from SITA.
Just look on the left side of your screen and select round-trip or one-way, destination, day(s) requested, number of passengers and click on "Search flights". You can also choose a range of displayed days around to look whether we offer a cheaper flight a few days before or after your desired date.

A list of all available flights will appear, giving you the exact fares per passenger. After choosing your desired flight(s) and clicking on "Continue", you are passed to "Price Overview" showing a total price and a summary of fares, taxes and Fare conditions.

To finalize the booking process, just follow the instructions step by step.

We kindly ask you to double-check your E-mail address entry. All potential changes and schedule modifications shall be communicated through this E-mail contact. The Carrier is not liable for lost information due to wrongly spelled address, malfunctioning mailbox or wrong definition of the message status within the user’s mailbox. Please note that users of @hotmial.com should carefully setup filters in their mailbox as there have been some problems previously reported. If you have any doubts about your flight, don’t hesitate to check online schedule or call our information desk.

When the booking process is finished, you will be given your electronic confirmation with your booking number, which you must always print out. In exchange for this booking number and on presentation of your identity card at the check-in desk, you will receive a boarding card for your flight.

You can pay for your online booking with a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card.

Booking Special Baggage and Sports Equipment

Please note that due to space and weight restrictions, following items must be pre-booked as soon as possible after booking via our reservation center. Passengers will pay for them at the airport of departure at time of check-in.
Sporting equipment
Large musical instruments
Bulky or large items
Not to do so may result in the item being refused carriage at the airport.

Groups (10 passengers and more with the same itinerary)

Just fill in a form in Agent section, Group Bookings and you'll receive our offer within 72 hours. Group prices are a different cup of tea. Group rates are quoted off-line by our experienced group sales staff. Please note that group prices have nothing to do with prices for individual travellers.

Connecting Flights

SmartWings is low-cost airline specializing in flying point-to-point to major European cities. Therefore, if not expressly stated, we do not offer connecting flights and can take no responsibility for any missed connecting flights. Even if you book various consecutive flights you will have to check in your baggage before each departure. Please reserve at least 120 minutes for this procedure in between flights.

Data Protection

No need to fear misappropriation of data: All personal particulars meriting protection, such as credit card information and addresses are transmitted by means of a safe link (SSL - Secure Socket Layer). This codification technology enables safe transmission of data between your web browser and SmartWings booking system.

Credit card information that you enter when making an online reservation is first checked for completeness and accuracy. The amount due is only debited after the details have been verified.

Discretion is guaranteed when handling your data. This is only stored for the purpose of processing the reservation and is not passed on to any unauthorized third parties.

Reconfirm Flights

The latest valid flight schedule is always displayed on www.smartwings.com. We strongly recommend that you call our reservation center 24-72 hours before your departure. Mainly passengers who book well in advance should reconfirm their outward/return flight timings between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure.
