Requirements:

No criminal record
No incident record
Class 1 Medical Certificate
Type Rating B737 not expired more than one year
A minimum of 3000 hours total flying time
A minimum of 500 hours total flying time as a Captain of Boeing 737
No break of more than 12 months in the flights
Age between 26 – 60
ICAO English level 4 or above
Must hold a valid (unrestricted) EU passport
Proven Cooperation and Teamwork skills
Excellent Communication skills with advanced CRM traits
Stress management in an ever-changing work environment
Task sharing and delegation skills
Leadership and Managerial skills focused on teamwork on an international
An overall Problem-solving and Decision-making skill set including those required from an aviation professional
A high level of Situation Awareness and the ability continually improve on this key skill
Successfully passed company Selection Screening (the contents and conditions will be sent personally)

Requirements:

Must hold a valid (unrestricted) EU passport
Be able to arrange own funds for B737 TR training
Proven Cooperation and Teamwork skills
Excellent Communication skills with advanced CRM traits
Stress management in an ever-changing work environment
Task sharing and delegation skills
Leadership and Managerial skills focused on teamwork on an international
An overall Problem-solving and Decision-making skill set including those required from an aviation professional

Successfully passed company Selection Screening (the contents and conditions will be sent personally)
An applicant for a B737 300-900 type rating attending the B737NG Initial Type Rating Course shall:
- (1) hold an ATPL(A); or CPL(A) and have passed the ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge examinations in accordance with Part-FCL; and
- (2) hold valid Class 1 Medical Certificate: and
- (3) hold or have held a multi-engine IR(A); and
- (4) have a valid ICAO language proficiency check to at least Level 4.
An applicant for a B737 300-900 type rating as the first multi-pilot type rating attending the B737NG Initial Type Rating Course:
- (1) shall have at least 70 hours as a PIC of aeroplanes; and
- (2) shall have completed advanced UPRT course – aeroplanes in accordance with FCL.745.A
