Ombudsman

Dear customers,

since we have a long-term interest in preventing undesirable situations and wish to settle any disputes, we would like to inform you that starting from December 15, 2018, the Smartwings Group has got a Corporate Ombudsman, and you can contact him in particular concerning the matters of air navigation safety and complaints handling, requests or complaints, if you feel for any reason that Smartwings, a.s. or any other Smartwings Group company has incorrectly or inadequately resolved your initiative, complaint, claim or other submission.

The Smartwings Group's ombudsman is an independent lawyer, Mgr. Vojtěch Lažanský, based in Prague 1, Na Příkopě 1047/17. The Ombudsman is not an employee of any of the Smartwings Group companies and is subject, in the exercise of his powers, solely to the shareholders of Smartwings, a.s. The Ombudsman is bound by law, ethical rules, indicated by legal regulations as good morals, and by principles of fair practices. If you tell the ombudsman that you wish to remain, as the informants, anonymous, the Ombudsman is obliged to consistently respect your request and not to disclose your identity to anyone. Such a position enables the Ombudsman to really consistently examine the matter you are submitting, and to find the appropriate solution. The principles of the Ombudsman's acting can be summed up in the following words: Competence - Trustworthiness - Efficiency - Prudence - Courtesy - Accessibility.
