Excess baggage and other charges policy
Free Baggage Allowance
A) Cabin Baggage
Any passenger except infant (child up to 2 years of age) is entitled to take on board for free:
- One piece of cabin baggage - maximum weight of 5 kg, maximum dimensions 56 × 45 × 25 cm (length × width × depth) including
handle and wheels.
- Following items of personal use:
- Lady’s purse,
- Coat, shawl or blanket,
- Umbrella or walking stick,
- Small camera, movie camera or binocular,
- Small portable personal computer,
- Reading material for the flight,
- Food for a baby for the duration of the flight,
- Crutches or orthopaedic devices and a fully collapsible wheelchair for disabled persons (to be placed in the cargo compartment of aircraft due to space reasons),
- Baby safety seat certified for use in air transport if it is placed in the seat specifically purchased by passenger,
- Baby safety seat not certified for use in air transport if it can fit in the overhead bin.
- Bag(s) with DUTY FREE sales purchased in the transit area of the airport.
The weight and dimensions of the hand baggage as well as the number of pieces of the hand baggage are subject to careful inspection at the check-in counter and at the boarding gate.
Any cabin baggage exceeding the free cabin baggage allowance will not be approved in the cabin and will be accepted for transport as checked baggage only.
B) Checked Baggage
Any passenger except infant is entitled to carry for free:
C / Business Class … 20 kg of checked baggage
Y / Economy Class … 15 kg of checked baggage
Number of pieces of checked baggage is not limited.
In case of charter flights, free baggage allowance may be adjusted by the conditions specified in the charter agreement. In such case, the flight orderer (e.g. travel agency) shall notify the passengers on the agreed baggage allowance.
Checked baggage of which any dimension exceeds 150 cm will be considered oversize baggage and will be subject to the relevant fee. In any case the sum of all three dimensions of checked baggage shall not exceed 250 cm. The maximum weight per piece of checked baggage must not exceed 32 kg. Baggage heavier than 32 kg will not be accepted for transport.
Should two or more passengers be provably travelling together (family, partners) on the same flight(s) being checked in jointly, the carrier would allow for pooling their baggage, i.e. their individual checked baggage allowances should be summarized and all the baggage would be checked-in jointly on behalf of one passenger.
Infants are not entitled to carry any checked baggage free of charge.
Baby prams and buggies, baby beds, baby seats, wheelchairs for disabled persons are carried free of charge. Baby prams and buggies are
required to be packed in a protective package or wrapped in a protective foil, otherwise the carrier shall not be liable for their damage.
The escort dogs, if accompanying any disabled person, are carried free of charge.

All charges are collected one-way per single flight. If passenger has connecting flight(s), the first boarding point will collect relevant charges also for all connecting flights (multiply all applicable charges by number of flights) until final destination (last destination to which baggage is through-checked).
Any passenger will be charged for excess baggage at the rates applicable for collection at the airport if she/he prepaid for excess baggage in the travel agency, but her/his actual checked baggage weight exceeds the limit she/he prepaid for.
