Requirements:

• No criminal record
• No incident record
• Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Type Rating B737 not expired more than one year
• A minimum of 500 hours total flying time on type B737 or on the same or higher weight category
• No break of more than 12 months in the flights
• ICAO English level 4 or above
• Must hold a valid (unrestricted) EU passport
• Proven Cooperation and Teamwork skills
• Excellent Communication skills with advanced CRM traits
• Stress management in an ever-changing work environment
• Task sharing and delegation skills
• Leadership and Managerial skills focused on teamwork on an international
• An overall Problem-solving and Decision-making skill set including those required from an aviation professional
• A high level of Situation Awareness and the ability continually improve on this key skill
• Successfully passed company Selection Screening (the contents and conditions will be sent personally)

• Be able to arrange own funds for B737 TR training

• An applicant for a B737 300-900 type rating attending the B737NG Initial Type Rating Course shall:
  • (1) hold an ATPL(A); or CPL(A) and have passed the ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge examinations in accordance with Part-FCL; and
  • (2) hold valid Class 1 Medical Certificate: and
  • (3) hold or have held a multi-engine IR(A); and
  • (4) have a valid ICAO language proficiency check to at least Level 4.
• An applicant for a B737 300-900 type rating as the first multi-pilot type rating attending the B737NG Initial Type Rating Course:
  • (1) shall have at least 70 hours as a PIC of aeroplanes; and
  • (2) shall have completed advanced UPRT course – aeroplanes in accordance with FCL.745.A
