We carry cats and dogs. The carriage must be purchased by phone at least 48 hours before departure.

The price for the service is as per the applicable price list.

Each animal must have its own breathable crate with a firm bottom in which it can stand and rotate. The maximum size of crate acceptable to passenger cabin is 43x30x27 cm.

We may refuse to transport animals for operational or capacity reasons. Transport cannot be provided on flights operated by another carrier.

On flights to Dubai, animals can only be carried if checked in as cargo. An exception applies to certified guide dogs for visually impaired passengers who meet the prescribed conditions. On flights from Dubai, the carriage of animals is permitted under the carrier's standard conditions.

Animals cannot be carried on flights to/from Ras Al Khaimah and Marsa Alam.

On flights requiring mandatory disinfection of the passenger cabin, restrictions apply to the transport of cats. Cats may only travel in the cargo hold on these flights. This rule applies in particular to flights departing from Funchal (Madeira), Mombasa or the Cape Verde Islands.

We may be forced to deny the carriage for capacity or operational reasons.
