We carry cats and dogs. The carriage must be purchased by phone at least 48 hours before departure.

The price for the service is as per the applicable price list. Each animal must have its own breathable crate with a firm bottom in which it can stand and rotate. The maximum size of crate acceptable to passenger cabin is 43x30x27 cm.

We may refuse to transport animals for operational or capacity reasons. Transport cannot be provided on flights operated by another carrier. It is also not possible to transport animals on flights to/from Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah or Marsa Alam.

On flights requiring mandatory disinfection of the passenger cabin, restrictions apply to the transport of cats. Cats may only travel in the cargo hold on these flights. This rule applies in particular to flights departing from Funchal (Madeira), Mombasa or the Cape Verde Islands.

We may be forced to deny the carriage for capacity or operational reasons.
