The overweight fee and the fee for extra piece of baggage are as per the applicable price list.

The extra piece or weight of baggage may be booked in advance while booking your flight or later via My bookings.

The fee for carriage of sport equipment, including sun umbrellas, beach tents and kids' surfboards and the carriage of live animals is as per the applicable price list.

The carriage of sport equipment and live animals shall should be pre-booked no later than 48 hours before departure via contact form.

If your flight is a part of a holiday package from travel agency, please contact the agency to pre-book the above mentioned services. Pricelist of your tour operator will be applied. There may also be different checked baggage allowance applied on you.

We may be forced to deny the carriage of above listed items and live animals due to capacity or operational reasons.

All above mentioned fees are non-refundable.

How to order the carriage of odd-size items

Answer

Baggage over 23 kg (Economy Class), oversize baggage (length of one side over 150 cm, sum of three sides over 250 cm), sports equipments, live animals, guns and wheelchairs must be pre-ordered. The carriage of overweight baggage may be purchased on booking the ticket online or not later than 24hours prior to departure in My bookings. The carriage of other items has to be purchased not later than 48 hours prior to departure via Contact Form.

If your flight is a part of holiday package from a travel agency, please contact the agency to purchase these services. Price list of your tour operator will be applied. There may also be different checked baggage allowance applied on you.

The carriage of the above-mentioned items and live animals may be denied for capacity reasons (not applicable to wheelchairs).
All fees are non-refundable.

How much liquid can I carry in my baggage?

Liquids carried on board must be in a container of no more than 100 ml. All liquids should be carried in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag with a total capacity of up to 1 litre.

The carriage of liquids in checked-in baggage is not recommended and we do not accept liability for any damage they may cause.

Yes, but we do not accept liability for any damages. Expensive arts or musical instruments should be carried on extra seat that may be purchased via phone.

The price is equal to passenger ticket price without the airport taxes. Maximum dimensions of item carried on extra seat is 42x41x120 cm.

Please contact our handling office immediately upon arrival to fill in the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) that you need to keep along with your baggage tag and boarding pass.

If the baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours outside of your country of residence, you may be entitled to reimbursment of necessary purchases. The compensation is provided based on receipts. Only essential purchases will be reimbursed (toiletries, underwear, clothing in the case of a longer delay etc.) up to the amount not exceeding 40 EUR per day of baggage delay (the first 24 hours of delay are not included) and up to the maximum amount not exceeding 250 EUR. Purchases of non-essential items (decorative cosmetics, luxury goods etc.) will not be reimbursed. You can request the compensation via our online claim form.

Passengers who are residents in the country they arrive to are not entitled to compensation. Compensation is not provided for delayed child carriages. In case the passenger contributes to the baggage delay (e.g. not respecting security regulations - powerbanks or e-cigarettes left in baggage, wrong tagging at a self-service check-in etc.), the compensation may be reduced or declined, in accordance with the Montreal Convention.

You can check your delayed baggage status online using the World Tracer application in combination with your case reference number, specified in your Property Irregularity Report (PIR) – e.g. PRGQS12345, received at the Baggage Claim desk at the airport when you reported your baggage to be missing.“

If the baggage is not found within 4 weeks, it is considered lost.
