Smartwings is looking for a reliable and proactive Uniforms Logistics Specialist to take full responsibility for Smartwings uniforms department and supply chain.

- Position: Uniforms Logistics Specialist
- Reports to: Deputy Director Flight Operations for Office & Administrations
- Location: Prague, Czech Republic
- Start: September / October 2026
What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
As our Uniforms Logistics Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of company uniforms. Your main duties will include:
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Taking overall responsibility for the uniforms warehouse, keeping it clean, neat, and organized. Implementing safety procedures, standards, and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Logistics & Coordination: Coordinating the entire uniform flow—from ordering and inventory control to distributing and collecting uniforms from Smartwings personnel.
- Supplier & Contract Management: Acting as the primary liaison with uniform suppliers and coordinating the conclusion or extension of supplier contracts.
- Finance & Administration: Preparing documents for the financial board and participating in the invoicing and re-invoicing process to subsidiaries and other entities.
- Project Participation: Getting involved in various special projects and initiatives related to company uniforms.
What Do We Expect From You?
- Education: Minimum of a secondary education.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written Czech and English (daily communication).
- Skills: Strong organizational, management, and logistics skills, alongside practical warehouse knowledge.
- Security: Clean record to fulfill the requirements for obtaining a Background Check Certificate issued by the CAA CR (Civil Aviation Authority).
