Professional requirements:
- Secondary school/University degree in aviation with a focus on aircraft maintenance
- Part-66 license holder (B1, B2) is an advantage
- experience in CAMO or Part-145 - experience with operational maintenance
- knowledge of applicable legislation and rules – EASA Part-145, Part-M, Part-CAMO, MOE, AMM/MPD/SRM
- ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- knowledge of aircraft types in operation – B737 NG/MAX, A320
- active knowledge of English, including technical English
- fluent Polish
- active knowledge of MS Office package and IT systems
Soft skills:
- communication skills – ability to deal with MRO and Crew
- independence and decisiveness, ability to work under pressure and be able to act in a crisis situation
- organizational skills and flexibility – ability to coordinate a team of technicians and multiple processes at once, be able to adapt to changes
Job description:
- Smartwings representation at the airport station
- communication between MRO – TÚ/CAMO and OPS
- checking whether maintenance is carried out according to approved procedures, checking times
- quality and safety supervision – escalation of defects and incidents to the Safety & Compliance department
- coordination of technical operations – operational solution of AOG situations, monitoring of planned maintenance dates, ensuring CRS, in case of a problem, releasing the aircraft based on company approval
- reporting and documentation – reporting to MCC and OCC
