You can change the dates free of charge if:
- You have an existing reservation or book a flight until or on 30 June 2021
- Your flight is scheduled to be operated until 30 June 2021 (incl.)
- The replacement flight is to take place until or on 31 March 2022
- You request the rebooking more than 24 hours prior to the departure of the first flight in your reservation
If the original fare is no longer available, you can rebook your flight to a later date subject to a surcharge equal to the difference in fares.
If you have already completed the first flight as part of your reservation and would like to change your return flight, please contact our customer center at +420 284 000 612.
Other conditions comply with the rules and regulations of the respective price package. All additional services purchased for the original date of travel will be transferred to the new travel date with the exception of services provided by our contractual partners (e.g. insurance, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.).
